Chris Pratt has had pretty impressive career investments that put him at the top of the box office. The actor is well-known for his chiseled physique, but he reportedly struggled with his weight and his poor health in his twenties.

Chris had been honest about his weight problems, discussing the pressures he experienced to maintain a slim figure and land major Hollywood roles. He lost 80 pounds for his most significant role yet, which was as Peter Quill in Guardians Of The Galaxy in 2014, and has kept it off since. Chris completed P90X, as well as did a lot of biking, swimming, and boxing. He completed a triathlon as well. In addition to working out, he eats a low-carb, Paleo-style diet and drinks plenty of water every day. It took a few years and many ups and downs, but the star is now 230 pounds and trim.
