This is not news, though, considering the illustrious career he has had. With that amount of money, it’s already a given that they had acquired numerous investment properties— and indeed, they have. In 1997, they acquired a luxurious penthouse in Manhattan for $3.8 million. In 2003, they purchased a house in Palm Desert, California, for about $3.6 million. To top it off, the wealthy pair bought a more expensive home in the same area last 2011 for $5.7 million.
