This comedy genius rose to fame after appearing in the TV show Roseanne, for which she won an Emmy and a Golden Globe Award for Best Actress. Aside from being an actress and comedian, she is also a writer, a producer, a director, and a politician. Maybe the reason why she’s so successful is that she can wear multiple hats easily. It wouldn’t be that hard to believe, therefore, if we see her achieving outside the entertainment industry— and that’s exactly what she did!

In 2007, she ventured into real estate investing when she bought a 46-acre property in Hawaii for $1.78 million. Aside from the expansive land, the property also boasts 2000 macadamia nut trees, a beehive, and an organic garden. She surely knows how to handle her hard-earned money. We just hope she keeps it up.
