TED NUGENT – $20 MILLION

The American singer-songwriter and guitarist Theodore Anthony Nugent, also known as Uncle Ted, first gained fame back when he was the Amboy Dukes’ lead guitarist. It’s a band that was given credit for playing hard rock and psychedelic rock back in the early ’60s. After the band broke up, Nugent became a solo artist and even toured and recorded with various singers, including Brian Howe, Meat Loaf, and Derek St. Holmes.

During the 1980s, Nugent continued releasing solo albums, but he eventually linked up with Tommy Shaw of Styx and Jack Blades of Night Ranger and formed the group Damn Yankees. He earned some of the best reviews of his career when he went back to doing solo work and released the album Spirit of the Wild. At the age of 72, Ted Nugent is worth an estimated value of $20 million.
