He is best known for co-hosting the nationally syndicated chat show Live! from New York City. Beginning in 1988, Regis and Kathie Lee hosted Live! with Regis and Kathie Lee. In 2001, Regis and Kelly hosted the show, later renamed Live! after Philbin’s departure in 2011.
